Ye recipe healthy bhi hai aur tasty bhi – bacho se leke bade sab pasand karenge.

Ingredients (Samagri)


For 4 Sandwiches:

White Bread Slices – 8

Green Chutney – 4 tbsp

Carrot (grated) – ½ cup

Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp

Salt – as per taste

Butter – for spreading

Instructions (Banane ka Tarika)


1. Bread Prepare Karein:


Bread ke edges cut karke square shape banayein.



2. First Layer (Green):


Ek bread slice par green chutney evenly spread karein.



3. Second Layer (White):


Doosri slice par mayonnaise lagayein.



4. Third Layer (Orange):

Carrot ko thoda namak ke saath mix karke bread par spread karein.



5. Assemble:


Green – White – Orange layers ko arrange karke sandwich bana lein.



6. Serve:


Triangular cut karke plate me rakhein aur garma-garam chai ke saath enjoy karein.

Tips


Green chutney ke liye dhaniya, pudina, hari mirch, aur lemon ka use karein.

Mayonnaise ki jagah hung curd use karke healthy version banayein.

Kids ke lunch box me pack karne ke liye edges par cling wrap kar dein.
