๐ง Orange Layer (Carrot Rice)
1 cup cooked rice ๐
1 cup grated carrot ๐ฅ
1 tbsp ghee / oil
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
Salt – taste ke according
½ tsp red chilli powder
⚪ White Layer (Plain Rice)
1 cup cooked rice ๐
1 tbsp ghee
Salt – taste ke according
๐ฉ Green Layer (Mint-Coriander Rice)
1 cup cooked rice ๐
½ cup mint leaves ๐ฟ
½ cup coriander leaves ๐ฟ
2 green chillies ๐ถ️
1 tbsp lemon juice ๐
1 tbsp oil
Salt – taste ke according

๐ฉ๐ณ Method (Banane ka Tarika)
1️⃣ Orange Layer:
Pan me ghee garam karo, cumin seeds daalo.
Grated carrot dal kar 2-3 min bhuno.
Cooked rice, salt, red chilli powder daal kar mix karo.
2️⃣ White Layer:
Simple ghee me rice aur thoda sa namak mix karke rakh lo.
3️⃣ Green Layer:
Mint, coriander, green chilli, lemon juice grind karke paste banao.
Oil me paste ko bhuno, cooked rice dal kar mix karo.
4️⃣ Assembling:
Serving dish me pehle green layer, phir white layer, aur upar orange layer spread karo.
Garnish with coriander leaves ๐ฟ and serve hot.
