Vrat aur Breakfast ke liye Perfect!


Sabudana Khichdi ek bahut popular Indian fasting (vrat) recipe hai jo Sawan, Navratri ya kisi bhi upvaas ke din banayi ja sakti hai. Sabudana bacchon ko bhi bahut fayda krta hain ..Ye khichdi bahut tasty bhi hoti hai aur light on stomach bhi hoti hain .. Ismein pade crunchy peanuts aur soft sabudana ka combo ekdum perfect lagta hai! 😋



📝 Ingredients (Samagri):


Sabudana (sago) – 1 cup sabudana


Aloo (boiled & diced) – 1 medium size aloo


Moongfali (peanuts) – 1/4 cup


Hari mirch – 1-2 (bilkul bareek kati hui)


Curry leaves – 6-7 (optional hain )


Jeera – 1 tsp


Sendha namak –  aapke swad anusar


Nimbu ka ras – 1 tsp


Hara dhaniya – garnish ke liye


Ghee ya oil – 2 tbsp



🕒 Preparation Time:


Soaking Time: 4-5 ghante ya overnight


Cooking Time: 15-20 minutes


Serves: 2-3 log

👩‍🍳 Step-by-Step Recipe:


1. 

Sabudana soak karna: sabse pehle Sabudana ko ache se dho lein aap jab tak paani saaf na ho jayein ..Aur Fir ise 4-5 ghante ya overnight thoda paani daal ke soak karne ke liyein rakkh de (pani bus utna rakhiyein jitne me sabndana dub jayein ).

 Peanuts roast karna: Ek pan me moongfali ke dane ko bhun lijiyein jab tak woh golden na  ho jayein. Air Thanda hone ke baad roughly crush kar lijiyein.



3.

 Tadka banana: Ek kadhai me ghee ya oil garam kariyein. Jeera, curry leaves aur hari mirch daal dijiyein.



4. 

Aloo add kare: 

Ab ismein boiled ( ublein ) aloo daal kar thoda sa bhuniyein....



5. 

Sabudana daalo: 

Soaked sabudana daal kar acche se mix karoyein  aur Ab crushed peanuts aur sendha namak bhi add kar de ....



6.

Cook karo:


Sabudana ko low flame pe 7-8 minute tak pakayein jab tak woh transparent na ho jayein. Bar-bar stir na karo warna chipak sakta hai.



7. 

Final touch: 

Gas band karne ke baad nimbu ka ras daalein aur hara dhaniya se khichdi ko garnish kariyein.
